The Statement view in your Payments dashboard provides information about when and how much you will be paid for your sales on Amazon. Here are some key points related to payments:
1. **Unavailable Balance (Account Level Reserve):** The Payments dashboard may display an "Unavailable balance," also known as the Account Level Reserve. This amount is reserved to ensure you have sufficient funds to cover financial obligations such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
2. **Minimum Disbursement Amount:** The minimum disbursement amount is GBP 1, unless you or Amazon decide to close your selling account. In such cases, any remaining funds will be disbursed to you.
3. **Getting Paid Faster:** To expedite payments and prevent potential delays, follow these tips:
- Keep your selling account information up to date, including bank account and credit card details.
- Resolve claims or chargebacks promptly.
- Dispatch your products quickly and confirm dispatches in the Manage Orders section.
- Provide valid tracking numbers when confirming dispatches to give buyers peace of mind.
- Maintain and monitor your account health.
4. **Payment Timing:** Once Amazon has initiated the payment, it can take up to five working days for the money to appear in your bank account. Amazon Payments handles the disbursement of your sales proceeds to your bank account.
It's essential to manage your seller account diligently, respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly, and maintain a good account health status to ensure smooth and timely payments for your Amazon sales.
