Amazon provides several options for sellers to repay a negative account balance. Here are the available repayment options and the steps to use them:
**1. Credit or Debit Card:**
- You can repay your negative balance using a valid credit or debit card.
- To update the charge method on file, go to "Settings" in Seller Central, select "Account info," and click on "Charge methods" to update your payment information.
- To pay your negative balance online, go to the "Reports" tab, select "Payments," and click "Repay balance."
**2. Wire Transfer:**
- You can make a wire transfer to an Amazon bank account. Ensure that you include the reference code provided below in the additional information field of your wire transfer.
- Here are the bank details for the wire transfer:
- Reference code: NSB UK (Insert your merchant token*)
- Account name: Amazon Payments UK Limited
- Bank: Deutsche Bank London
- IBAN: GB39DEUT40508118129100
- SWIFT: DEUTGB2LXXX
- After completing the wire transfer, send an email to merchant-balance@amazon.co.uk from the email address associated with your Seller Central account. Include the following information in your email:
- Proof of payment (e.g., image, document, or payment confirmation)
- Email address
- Payment amount
- Reference code (not a tracking number)
- Date and time of the payment
Providing these details will help Amazon locate and process your payment.
