**Eligibility:**
- Click & Collect in store is available to selected Amazon third-party sellers with physical storefronts or warehouses.
- All-sized retailers and product types are eligible to participate.
**Cost:**
- In-store pick-up is available at no extra charge to customers.
**Participation Options:**
- There are two ways to participate in Click & Collect in store:
1. Direct API integration: Manage store set-up, store-level inventory, and order status updates through direct API integration.
2. Third-party integrators: Use third-party integrators like ChannelAdvisor, Calculus, Magnalister, or sellercloud to manage your Click & Collect business.
3. Additional integrators are expected to be available in 2023.
**Order Process for Customers:**
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with order details and store-specific information after placing Click & Collect orders.
- The store will confirm when the order is ready for pick-up, and customers will receive an email notification.
- Customers can pick up their orders from the store, and the process is as simple as walking up to the pick-up counter.
**Performance Metrics:**
- Sellers must meet specific performance metrics to continue offering Click & Collect in store. These metrics include:
- Pre-fulfilment Order Cancellation Rate (less than 2.5%).
- Late Dispatch Rate (less than 4%).
- Order Defect Rate (less than 1%).
- Customer in-store experience metrics will also be monitored through surveys.
