Send attachments to buyers

You can send attachments up to 10 MB in size from Seller Central for specific contact reasons. This 10 MB limit applies to both the email text and any attachments combined.

You can include one or more attachments, as long as the total size of all attachments does not exceed the 10 MB limit. The supported attachment formats are:

1. Text files (.txt)

2. PDFs (Adobe Portable Document Format)

3. Word documents (.doc and .docx)

4. Image files (.jpg, .gif, .tiff, .bmp, and .png)

Both sellers and buyers can send and receive these supported attachment formats within the Buyer-Seller Messaging system on Amazon. Keep in mind that exceeding the 10 MB limit may result in issues with sending or receiving messages with attachments.
