In the Buyer-Seller Messages page on Amazon, you have the option to search for messages associated with an order ID and apply various filters to manage your messages effectively. Here's how you can use the search and filtering features:
**Search:**
1. To search for messages related to a specific order ID, locate the search box at the top of the Buyer-Seller Messages page.
2. Type the order ID you want to search for into the search box.
3. Press Enter or click the search icon. The search results will display messages associated with the specified order ID.
Please note that this search is specific to order IDs and does not include the subject line or body of the message.
**Filter:**
By default, the Buyer-Seller Messages page displays messages that require a response. However, you can apply different filters to sort and view your messages based on your preferences. Here's how to use the filters:
1. On the Buyer-Seller Messages page, you'll see a "Response Needed" header. This header indicates the default filter, which shows messages requiring a response.
2. To change the filter, click on the "Response Needed" header. A dropdown menu will appear with various filter options.
3. Choose one of the available filters based on what you want to view. Here are some of the filter options:
- **All Messages:** Shows all messages, regardless of whether they need a response.
- **Response Needed:** Displays messages that require a response.
- **Unread:** Shows messages that you haven't opened yet.
- **Sent Messages:** Filters messages that you've sent.
- **Received Messages:** Displays messages that you've received from buyers.
- **Filtered by Date:** Allows you to specify a date range to view messages sent or received during that period.
- **Business Buyers:** Filters messages from business buyers.
- **Archived:** Shows archived messages.
4. After selecting a filter, the messages displayed on the page will be updated accordingly.
Using these search and filter options can help you efficiently manage and respond to messages from buyers on Amazon.
