Amazon allows sellers to receive scheduled Order Reports, which contain information about new orders received since the last scheduled report. Here are the steps to schedule or modify the settings for these reports:
1. Go to the Orders drop-down menu.
2. Select "Order Reports."
3. Under "Scheduled Order Report Settings," review your current settings. If you are not currently receiving scheduled reports, you will see the message, "You are not currently receiving scheduled order reports."
4. To schedule reports or change your current settings, click "Edit."
5. Modify your current schedule or create a new schedule according to your preferences.
6. Click "Submit" to save your changes.
Your settings for the scheduled Order Report will be displayed in the "Scheduled Order Report Settings" section on the Order Reports page. This allows you to customize the timing and frequency of these reports to better suit your needs. Please note that sellers who receive scheduled Order Reports via XML may have different options and cannot schedule a text-file Order Report.
