Amazon does not require sellers to manually request reviews because Amazon's systems automatically handle review requests on your behalf, and this service is provided at no cost to you. However, if you still want to request a review for a specific order, it's recommended to use the "Request a review" feature available on the Order Details page, rather than asking the customer via email or Buyer-Seller Messaging.
When you use the "Request a review" feature, Amazon sends a review request to the customer, asking for both a product review and seller feedback for the order. These review requests use standardized language and are automatically translated into the customer's preferred language.
You can use this feature to request reviews once per order, and it's best to do so between 5 and 30 days after the order's delivery date. This timing helps ensure that customers receive relevant and recent review requests.
