Amazon offers both managed response templates and seller-managed response templates to streamline communication with buyers. Here's how you can use and manage these templates:
**Amazon Managed Response Templates:**
1. **Automatic Translation:** Amazon provides templates that are automatically translated into the buyer's language of preference. These templates help automate workflows, and any automation is identified on each template.
2. **Template Usage:** If any Amazon-provided template is applicable to a Buyer-Seller Message you've received, you can see the option to use the template when you go to draft a response.
3. **Preview:** Clicking the template will show a preview of the message that you can review before sending.
4. **Customization:** If you don't want to use an Amazon-provided template, you can draft your own message or create your own templates.
**Seller-Managed Response Templates:**
1. **Create a Template:**
- Go to "Manage Templates" to create a template.
- Alternatively, follow these steps:
- Click "Messages" in the upper right corner of your seller account homepage to go to Buyer-Seller Messages.
- Click on the "Manage Email Templates" link on the right-hand side.
- Click "Create Template."
- Enter a name for your template in the "Template Name" field and the template text in the "Template Text" field.
- Create or select tags to associate with this template for easy categorization.
- Click "Save."
2. **Use a Response Template:**

- Click on "Select Template" above the Reply box.

- The template text appears in the Reply box.
- Optionally, personalize the message before sending it.
- Click "Reply" to send the message.
3. **Edit or Delete a Template:**
- Go to "Manage Templates" to edit or delete a template.
- Alternatively, follow these steps:
- In the upper right corner of your seller account homepage, click "Messages" to go to the Buyer-Seller Messages page.
- Click on the "Manage Email Templates" link.
- Click on "Edit" or "Delete" next to the template you want to change.
