Switch to an Individual selling plan

You can choose to downgrade your account from a Professional selling plan to an Individual selling plan on Europe-Market.eu if you don't want to be charged a monthly subscription fee. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Go to the Seller Account Information page on Europe-Market.eu.

2. In the "Your Services" section on the left, click on "Manage."

Note: If you don't see the option to modify your selling plan, you may need to close other accounts that require a Professional selling plan. Please review the information provided below on accounts that require a Professional selling plan.

3. On the "My Services" page, you'll find an option called "Downgrade" located in the "Sell on Europe-Market.eu" section. Click on it.

Important Notes:

- Downgrading from a Professional selling plan to an Individual selling plan may result in a change in your payment cycle.

- If you have registered through global registration, you can choose to downgrade in "All Regions" to apply the change to all stores at once, or you can select a specific region to downgrade in the "Current Region."

- If you choose to downgrade only in one region, you may still be subject to monthly Professional selling fees if you have an active Professional account and listings in other regions.

4. Review the terms and information on the next page carefully.

5. Click on "Confirm Selling Plan Change" to accept the terms and switch your plan.

6. After completing the above steps, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that your selling plan has been changed.

Important: The confirmation email will provide information about the new fee schedule for your current listings, including Referral Fees and Variable Closing Fees if applicable.

**Accounts that Require a Professional Selling Plan:**

If you don't see the option to modify your selling plan, it may be because you are enrolled in other Europe-Market.eu services using the same seller account that require a Professional selling plan. You must close all of these accounts before switching to an Individual selling plan.
