**Delivery Speed:**
- Delivery times are calculated from the time an order ships from the fulfilment centre to when it is delivered to the buyer.
- Amazon MCF offers two delivery speed options:
- 1 working day (Expedited)
- 3 working days (Standard)
- Please note that exporting orders to buyers outside of the UK is not currently available.
**Creating MCF Orders:**
- You can create MCF orders through various methods, including the quick order form, bulk order upload, or API integrations with platforms like Shopify, ChannelAdvisor, ShipStation, and WooCommerce.
**Cancelling MCF Orders:**
- To request the cancellation of an MCF order, follow these steps:
1. Go to Manage Orders.
2. Enter the MCF order ID in the search box and click Search.
3. Click the order ID link in the Order details column.
4. On the MCF order details page, click "Cancel this order," if available.
- Please note that clicking "Cancel this order" only submits a request and does not guarantee cancellation. The cancellation depends on the order's progress in the fulfilment processing stage.
**Fees:**
- MCF charges fulfilment fees for domestic orders.
- There is also an option for unbranded packaging for sortable inventory that meets certain dimensions and weight criteria.
**Reimbursements:**
- You may be eligible for reimbursements on your MCF orders if they are lost or damaged.
- You have up to 90 days after the promised delivery date to submit a claim for lost or damaged items.
- Reimbursement calculations aim to match the estimated proceeds from a sale of the item.
**Lost Orders:**
- If your order is not delivered within seven days after the estimated delivery date, you can file for a lost reimbursement.
- You must provide specific information, including order ID, proof of the original non-Amazon order, and proof of refund or replacement provided to the customer.
**Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items:**
- If any items in your order are damaged, wrong, or missing, you can file for reimbursement.
- You must provide detailed information, including order IDs, proof of the original non-Amazon order, proof of refund or replacement to the customer, and photographic proof of the issue.
**Returns:**
- Items fulfilled through MCF can be returned to Amazon fulfilment centres.
- You can initiate returns by following specific steps outlined in the document.
- Returned items are assessed for sellable condition, and if deemed sellable, they are added back to your Amazon inventory.
