To find your orders and manage various aspects of your Amazon seller account, follow these steps:
1. **Viewing Orders:**
- You can access your orders by using the "Manage Orders" tool, which is available in your seller account.
- If you have a Professional selling plan, you can also download an order report.
- To access these options, navigate to the "Orders" section in your seller account. For more detailed information on managing your orders, visit the "Manage your orders" page.
2. **Shipping Confirmation:**
- It is essential to send a confirmation to Amazon when you ship an order. Confirming shipment is the process by which Amazon charges the buyer for the order, credits your seller account, sends a shipment confirmation email to the buyer, and updates the buyer's account with the shipping information.
- If you fail to confirm shipment within seven business days of the shipping availability date, Amazon will automatically cancel the order, and the buyer will not be charged. In this case, you will not receive payment for the order.

3. **Refunds and Fees:**
- When you issue a refund to a buyer, Amazon determines the amount of order-related fees that are credited back to you. The portion of fees that Amazon retains depends on the product line and the order amount.

4. **Getting Paid:**
- To view comprehensive information related to your Payments account, as well as details on all order and other transactions, go to the "Reports" tab and select "Payments."
