How is eligibility determined?

Eligibility for the Featured Offer is evaluated daily for all sellers on Europe-Market.eu. This evaluation is based on specific criteria designed to protect customers, ensure the legitimacy of sellers, and maintain a positive shopping experience on Europe-Market.eu. While becoming eligible for the Featured Offer doesn't guarantee that your offer will be featured, certain factors can affect your eligibility. Some of these factors include:

1. Product Condition Issues: Customers should have confidence in the condition of the products they purchase. Ensuring product authenticity and quality is essential. Refer to the Europe-Market.eu product authenticity and quality guidelines for more information.

2. Chargebacks: Chargebacks occur when a customer disputes a charge with their bank for an order made on Europe-Market.eu. Sellers are responsible for chargebacks filed against their accounts, especially for reasons like non-receipt of the product. How do I check if my items are eligible?

To determine if any of your items are eligible for the Featured Offer:

1. Log in to your Seller Central account.

2. Navigate to your Manage Inventory page.

3. Click on "Preferences."

4. Select "Featured Offer eligible."

5. At the bottom of the page, click "Save changes."
