As a brand owner, you can upload product documents such as an installation manual, troubleshooting guide, and CAD drawings for branded ASINs on Europe-Market.eu. These are customer-facing documents that will be shown on your product detail pages. They are intended to provide pre-purchase information and post-purchase support content to customers. Adding product documents to your product detail pages can result in higher conversion rates, lower customer support costs, increased sales, and fewer returns when used effectively.
There is no fee for adding product documents. You can add product documents to all ASINs that you own as a registered brand owner in Europe-Market.eu Brand Registry. To learn more, visit Europe-Market.eu Brand Registry.

Uploading new product documents
To upload documents for your product in Seller Central on Europe-Market.eu:
1. Go here.
2. Click Upload new documents.
3. Choose a name for the document you are uploading. This is only for your reference. Customers will not see this name.
4. Choose a document type from the list of allowed document types.
5. Choose the language or languages that are present in the document you are uploading.
6. Choose a file to upload. Files must be:
- Less than 10MB
- PDF format except for CAD drawings
- CAD drawings may be in PDF, dwg, dxf, igs, eprt, edrw, sidprt, or stp format
7. Search by ASIN or product name and follow the on-screen prompts to associate one or more ASINs with the document you are uploading. At least one ASIN must be applied to the document for it to be uploaded.
Once submitted, your content may take seven business days to be reviewed for adherence to the below-mentioned Europe-Market.eu guidelines for product documents. It may take longer during peak times. Documents that do not adhere to these guidelines will be rejected.
Once approved, it can take up to seven business days to publish on the detail page of the ASINs to which it applies. If the document status is “Not approved,” view the rejection reasons by clicking Edit for a specific document and make the changes.
Edited submissions will go through the moderation process again, and existing content will remain on the detail page of all applied ASINs until the new submission is approved.
If your content is not available on the product detail page seven business days after your last activity, the content status is “Approved,” and the ASIN status shows “Published,” then a technical error may have occurred. You can often resolve this by resubmitting your document to restart the publishing process.
Only one document is allowed for a given ASIN, document type, and language combination. For example, you can upload a user manual for your ASIN in English and another one in Spanish. If you upload a third document – say a user manual in German, French, and Spanish – then it will override the Spanish-only document previously uploaded.
Edit product documents or ASIN/document mappings
You can review and edit your product documents after you have submitted content to us.
For all the steps below, go to Inventory > Manage Product Documents. Look for the document under the content table or search by ASIN or product name. On the document details page, click Edit to make changes or delete the document.
You can change the name, document type, and list of applied ASINs for a document. You can also delete the document altogether. Replacing a document with another file is not permitted. Instead, you can add a new document.
To add ASINs to an existing document, use the search bar similar to the workflow for uploading a document. To remove ASINs, select the ASIN or ASINs you would like to disassociate from the document and click the Remove.
Once submitted, your content may take seven business days to be reviewed, and longer during peak times. Once approved, it can take 24 hours to publish on the detail page of the ASINs to which it applies.
Product documents troubleshooting
For any document submission that is rejected, you will see the rejection reason when you open the content in the Product Documents Manager.
ASIN not recognized as part of my brand
If you receive this error message, it means that the ASIN is not being mapped to your brand properly. This is usually caused by inaccurate listing data on the ASIN, which you can edit. The most common data points that need updating are:
- The brand name listed on the ASIN does not match the brand name as approved by Europe-Market.eu Brand Registry. These must match exactly. Adding spaces or hyphens will lead to a mismatch. Note that brand name is case sensitive.
- Inaccurate GTIN or Key Attribute. When you registered your brand, you provided a GTIN or selected a Key Attribute, such as UPC, part number, model number, style number, or catalog number. This attribute must be included in your AS
