Terms of Service for European Market Cooperation Partners
These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the conditions of cooperation for partners operating within the Europe-Market.eu ("Partners") with ("Company"). By entering into this partnership, Partners agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Listing and Advertisement:
- The partner Company is not required to send products for partner approval before they are published in advertisements. All advertisement will by uploaded by Europe-Market.eu service team.
- Partners have the right to stock products in our 30 fulfillment stock centers.
- Partners will pay a monthly fee for stocking products in fulfillment centers located nearest to their designated destinations.

- Products stocked in partner fulfillment centers will be dispatched using standard shipping or the most suitable transport supply chains according to customer choose.
2. Advertisement placement:
- The company guarantees that the partner products will be listed in the leading places in the specified category on the e-shop pages.
- No payment is required from partners for advertising placement.
- Each partner is responsible for managing and funding their individual ads.
- Partners are prohibited from accessing or editing data related to other partners' ads, thus ensuring a unified and cooperative approach. Each partner can only add and edit their own ads with their own registration number. This is a strict rule and the user may be blocked.
3. Unique registration number:
- Each partner will be assigned a unique registration number that must be listed in their ads in the Ribbon field.
- Partners can only make changes to ads associated with their unique registration number.
4. Position of advertisement and payment:
- The company guarantees that partner products will receive optimal placement within the advertisement category.
- Partners are prohibited from making payments for improving the position of their advertisement in the list.
- The company keeps a commission of 13% from the sale of each listed ad.
5. Inclusion of the price and provision of:
- Partners must ensure that displayed product prices include a 13% commission.
- If the 13% reserve is not included in the displayed price, the reserve will be automatically deducted from the price of the sold product.
6. Packaging and returns:
- Partners are required to follow the packaging rules and guidelines specified by the company.
- Partners are also obliged to comply with the Company's instructions regarding the handling of received products and the return of goods. All conditions can be found in the return section.
7. Cooperation and Compliance:
- All partners must work together as a unified team and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and cooperation.
8. Marking and unique identification:
- All products, packaging and communications must be properly marked with unique company identifiers as directed.
9. Changes to terms:
- The company reserves the right to change and supplement these Terms of Use at any time with prior notification to the Partners.
By continuing to cooperate with the Company, partners agree to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the termination of the partnership.
These Terms of Service are effective as of 8/27/2023.
