Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
Fettuccine pasta: 8 ounces
Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless: 2, thinly sliced
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Garlic, minced: 3 cloves
Heavy cream: 1 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated: 1 cup
Butter: 4 tablespoons
Salt and black pepper: To taste
Fresh parsley, chopped: For garnish
Instructions:
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season thinly sliced chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Lower the heat, add butter to the skillet, and let it melt.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until well combined.
Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Season the Alfredo sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the cooked chicken and fettuccine pasta to the skillet, tossing until everything is well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
