Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
Beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced: 1 pound
Broccoli florets: 2 cups
Bell peppers, assorted colors, thinly sliced: 1 cup
Carrots, julienned: 1 cup
Snap peas: 1 cup
Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic, minced: 3 cloves
Ginger, grated: 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
Green onions, chopped: For garnish
Cooked rice: For serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
Place thinly sliced beef in the marinade and let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from the wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas until they are tender-crisp.
Return the cooked beef to the wok and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
