Balsamic Glazed Chicken and Roasted Vegetables

  • Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Sweet potatoes, cubed

  • Brussels sprouts, halved

  • Olive oil

  • Rosemary, chopped

  • Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven. Coat chicken thighs with balsamic glaze.

  2. Toss sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts in olive oil and chopped rosemary.

  3. Roast everything until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are caramelized.
